Bregal’s new Chief People Officer desired a modern, flexible HRMS as their first-ever People platform. The system needed to accommodate a complex devolved model of uniquely, autonomous private equity funds with disparate structures, whilst still facilitating collaboration across global teams and supporting consistency where valuable. The BBC has a strong focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at all points of the employee lifecycle, however, the approach was not underpinned fully by technology to support the delivery of the DE&I Plan. They needed support in identifying where technology could be implemented and insight in to solutions on the market today.
